Akosita Kaufusi killed on August 14

Kaufusi was killed on August 14 in Grand Lac Salé and her remains were found more than two weeks later.

The police say Kaufusi was shot. It is currently unknown who killed them.

The police are asking the public for help in solving this case.

If the tip leads to an arrest and murder charge, the tipster will be compensated with a reward of $ 1,500, police said.
