The shocking moment when a woman threw a dog from a second floor balcony in front of police during a motel riot.

Allison Murphy, 35, threatened to blow up Florida motel bars, but instead threw her German Shepherd out when the police arrived.

Staff called emergency services at the roadside hotel in Daytona Beach on Monday around noon after Murphy allegedly assaulted a waitress.

When the police arrived at Motel 6, Murphy was locked in her room.

Eventually he went out with a German Shepherd on a leash.

But suddenly Murphy picked up the dog and threw him off the balcony. The camera showed the incident.

Surprisingly, the dog landed on its hind legs and passersby could prevent it from escaping.

The officers forced Murphy to the ground and arrested her.

She has since been charged with animal cruelty and resistance to a violent officer.

The dog is now in the care of Volusia County animals, where staff are nicknamed Milagro after their ordeal, according to the sheriff’s office.

Aside from a sewing needle in her right thigh revealed by an X-ray, Miracle miraculously escaped without serious injury.

A petition regarding dog custody will be submitted.
