A primary school teacher was beaten to death in an arbitrary jogging attack at a popular hiking spot in Ireland.

A man was arrested in Offaly County in connection with the young woman’s alleged murder and is awaiting further interrogation.
The police ask for witnesses.
Murphy was jogging on the side of the Cappincur canal known as Fiona’s Way around 4pm. Wednesday when she was brutally assaulted.
The route is named after the missing woman Fiona Pender.
Police investigating the murder said “no stone is overlooked” to bring her killer to justice.
According to Independent.ie, Ms. Murphy comes from a highly respected and well-known local family in the music scene and lives outside of Tullamore.
The newspaper reported that the suspect is a 40-something Romanian citizen who has lived in the area for about 20 years and claims he has a drinking problem.
