Investigators said they intercepted a message from Blevins on Thursday that he was preparing for a mass shooting and that Walmart was affected by the threat. Blevins was taken into police custody the next day.
Authorities ransacked his home and the statement said that “firearms, ammunition, electronic evidence, concentrated THC and radical ideological supplies including books, flags and handwritten documents were confiscated.”
Blevins is on probation and is said to have no guns. He was sent to Kerr County Jail in Kerrville, a town about 70 miles northwest of San Antonio. No lawyer was mentioned in the prison records to speak on behalf of Blevins.
