Dawn Bancroft and Diana Santos-Smith were identified by authorities after the FBI received advice on January 12 for a video capturing the two women who had left the U.S. Capitol, the Washington Post reported. Bancroft allegedly threatened House spokeswoman Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.).

The women face three federal charges, including knowingly entering a restricted building or site without legal authorization and interfering with government operations through disorderly or disruptive behavior in a restricted building or site.
