An ATV driver hit a car window with a concrete block in front of the camera and hit him after a bumper was arrested, authorities said.

Gregory Stevens, 27, was arrested Friday, Philadelphia prosecutors said.

Stevens, whose Philadelphia street hype went viral earlier this week, has been hit with a string of charges for two separate incidents, including attempted murder, aggravated assault and robbery during the shooting of a pharmacist in a pharmacy in February. Theft of Oxycontin pills, authorities said.

He is charged with assault, reckless danger, criminal malice and harassment during a heated encounter with the driver of a sport utility vehicle who stopped Stevens’ ATV after Stevens suddenly stopped.

After the collision, Stevens would be filmed smashing the windows of the truck and hitting the driver. The ATV driver was also briefly seen with a gun, PhillyVoice reported.

“This violence is an outrage and is vigorously and fairly persecuted. It also raises questions about the challenges state control faces when many judicial functions are still closed, ”Krasner said in a statement.
