The New Jersey high school owner Scott Fairlamb, who is accused of attacking the police when he stormed the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, is being held without bail while the Texans were reportedly held by federal authorities on Wednesday for attacking the Police was arrested.

Scott Fairlamb, who is seen on video assaulting a police officer during the January 6th storm on the U.S. Capitol Building, was charged last month on twelve counts.
Fairlamb, a mixed martial arts veteran who runs a gym in Pompton Lakes, was reportedly one of the first activists to storm the building.
Mark and Jalise Middleton, of Forestburg, 80 miles northwest of Dallas, were arrested Wednesday by federal authorities who filed a criminal complaint alleging that they were seen on video and photos involved in the riot.
They were released from Collin County Jail on Thursday, according to a report.
