The Chesapeake Police Department announced that an AMBER alert was issued after being called to report the theft of a vehicle with a 3-month-old baby inside.

At the time of the robbery, police were called to block 3400 on Western Branch Boulevard.

The stolen vehicle is a gray 2017 Hyundai Tucson with Virginia VXX-1085 nameplates. On the back of the Tucson is a “Baby on Board” decal and a “Texas Edition” emblem with the Texas star. The rear view mirror has a flamingo.
