Device hidden in the closet
During his trial, a recorded conversation was played in which Breeden asked another man, “Is it easy to get in touch with someone who can make someone disappear?”
Ex-boyfriend Graham Wall said he took the secret picture with a device hidden in a closet because he was afraid that it was cheating.
Mr Wall said Breeden had told him to get rid of the audio and contact the police a few days later because he was “concerned about my safety and Rob’s safety”.
Mr. Parkes read a statement before the court about the impact of the victim and said the eight-day trial was “heartbreaking.”
“I’ve never felt so endangered as I did last year,” he said.
Mr. Parkes thanked Mr. Wall for talking to the police, who “kept Breeden from success”.
